“This should allow you to draft the technical specifications so that undertakings can prepare the quantitative and qualitative information during the course of February/March 2013. I attach the agreed Terms of Reference as well as the related text of the draft delegated act.
I would like to ask you to carry out the technical assessment and to provide us with your findings by 14 June 2013 so that the Commission can draft the final report by 12 July 2013. The reports of the national supervisory authorities should be annexed to these findings. EIOPA's findings including the reports of the national supervisory authorities will also be made available to the co-legislators.
I thank you in advance for the work which you and your staff will be carrying out over the coming months and I hope that the result of this work will allow the co-legislators to finalise Omnibus II as soon as possible."
