ESMA updates registers under MiFID and short selling regulation

The registers under MiFID and the Short Selling Regulation have been migrated to the global ESMA Registers web portal.


This migration concerns the following lists:

-      Shares admitted to trading on regulation markets

-      Exempted shares

-      Systematic internalisers

-      Regulated Markets

-      Multilateral trading facilities

-      Central counterparties

To ensure a smooth transition, from 1 February 2016 to 31 March 2016 the data will be available in both Portals. On 1 April 2016 the old portal will be shut down and not accessible.
