Minutes of second Corporate Governance Advisory Group meeting

The Commission made public the minutes of the second meeting of the Advisory group on Corporate Governance and Company Law which took place on 3 OCTOBER 2005. Issues discussed included the results of the second consultation on shareholders rights as well as the future of the Corporate Governance Action Plan.
