Commission publishes Information on Instruments according to UCITS Directive

Article 22 (4) of the UCITS Directive allows Member States to raise investment limits for harmonised investment funds (UCITS) regarding their investment in certain bonds which meet the requirements set out in this provision.

According to the amended Article 22 (4) third sub-paragraph, this web site makes the information received from Member States public. This shall improve transparency and provide easy access to information on which Member States have implemented regulations allowing for the issue of instruments meeting the requirements of Article 22 (4) and - as far as possible - information on the eligible individual instruments.

However, due to the ongoing expiration and new issue of these bonds, information on this site cannot be exhaustive or updated daily.
