EPC response to Eurosystem's view of SEPA for Cards

The EPC issued a response to the Eurosystem's view of a 'SEPA for Cards' issued on November 2006. It recognised that the messages contained in the SEPA for Cards Report are aimed at a number of audiences in the cards industry and consequently that it is not appropriate for EPC to respond to ECB on all issues.
