European Council – Presidency Conclusions

The European Council met in Brussels on 20-21 March. For financial services, the European Council concluded to implement and adopt the both Directives on Pension Funds and Prospectuses by end 2003.

The Directives on Investment Services and Transparency shall be adopted by April 2004.
