CEIOPS update on QIS3

CEIOPS issued an updated version of the Questions and Answers on QIS 3 as well as an updated file of the errata to the technical specifications is now available on the website. Contributions to QIS3 through the national supervisory authorities are welcome till 29 June 2007.
