ESBG Position Paper on Prospectus Directive

In this position paper the ESBG points out a number of provisions in the proposed directive that need to be revised. The ESBG also stated that ‘definitions’ should not be considered as implementing details and therefore should not be adapted by the Commission in a comitology procedure.
