The German Banking Industry Committee (GBIC) has submitted its comments on the banking package 2021 (CRR, CRD) in the context of the European Commission's "Have your say".
In principle, GBIC
welcomes the legislative proposal published on October 27, 2021.
However, there is a need for further clarification in the area of
EU-specificities.
