CESR published a Consultative Concept Paper, complementing the Call for Evidence and aiming to collect comments at an early stage before the draft of a consultative paper is drawn up. It sets out the general approach and the main orientations in addressing the Mandate.
The paper covers the provisional Mandate given to CESR related to transaction reporting (Art. 25), the competent authorities’ obligation to cooperate (Art. 56) and the exchange of information between competent authorities (Art. 58).
Comment are invited by 12 April 2004.
