SIFMA raises concerns about MSRB's proposed rule changes

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board proposed rule changes on uniform practices that SIFMA said would be overly burdensome and at times unmanageable for syndicate managers because they would speed up deadlines for disbursing profits.
