Danish Presidency published compromise proposals on CRD IV

The Danish Presidency has published compromise texts for CRD IV, comprising a Directive and a Regulation.

The compromise texts for CRD IV comprise a Directive governing access to deposit-taking activities and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, and a Regulation on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms.
