Accountancy Europe has published its feedback to the European Commission on the Better Regulation programme. Accountancy Europe recognises the efforts undertaken by the EC under its Better Regulation initiative.
Indeed, Accountancy Europe finds that the EC’s impact assessments, stakeholder consultations, transparency of policy-making and engagement between regulators and civil society have improved significantly over the past few years.
In Accountancy Europe´s consultation response, it points to remaining challenges as well as make recommendations for even further improving the policy making process. Accountancy Europe remains a committed partner of the EU institutions and stands ready to share its insight and ideas.
